Long and slow Miami preparation

Today’s workout was an hour run. It was meant to be an easy pace. There was no worry about tempo or pace here. Instead, it was an enjoyable early morning run through downtown Buffalo with my good friend Sue. And it was one of the best things for my crunch time training for Miami:

    Sounds like you’ve paid your dues and should have a great / fun run in Miami.
    Please mention to Sue that she keeps going to the wrong FL coast.
